Siniat GTEC Universal Bonding Compound offers a straightforward solution for single-layer drylining of masonry substrates. This gypsum-based compound serves two primary functions: bonding plasterboard directly to walls and attaching Siniat Metal Furring Wall Channels to walls. By bonding Siniat Board to the masonry substrate, it creates a smooth, flat surface that is easy to finish, reducing drying time and expediting internal fit-out processes.

Utilizing Siniat Universal Bonding Compound, this system not only securely attaches Siniat plasterboards but also addresses minor surface irregularities. For enhanced thermal performance, Siniat Thermal boards can also be directly bonded to increase insulation through the wall.
