Description

Gypframe 60 SC 55 Starter Channel aids in locating and securing lining board edges in GypWall Shaft frameworks. It allows for strong vertical abutments in GypWall Shaft linings, making it easy to secure Gyproc CoreBoard inner lining.

Gypframe channels are cold-roll formed using the UltraSTEEL® process, designed for high performance GypWall Shaft systems. They provide abutment and plasterboard fixing support.

The Gypwall Shaft system combines specialized components with Gyproc Studs & Channels to create a lightweight, fire-resistant framework for confined spaces. It can be constructed without scaffolding, offering early protection in the building process.

Shaftwall components can be used to create fire-resistant membranes horizontally, and can be combined with Glasroc F Firecase non-combustible boards. They are ideal for areas with restricted access, such as corridors with mechanical and electrical cages.
