The Isowave 23 acoustic wall or ceiling system is designed to enhance the acoustic transmission properties of walls or ceilings, particularly in scenarios where existing structures underperform in terms of sound insulation. This versatile system is commonly used in various applications, including home cinemas, studios, and areas where commercial activities adjoin residential spaces. It is ideal for upgrading separating floors, ceilings, and walls without access to the top or the other side of the structure.

Key Features:

• Enhanced Acoustic Performance: The Isowave 23 system consists of 10mm Isowave acoustic foam, measured to BS 4443 and BS EN ISO 845:2009, bonded to 12.5mm high-density, fiber-reinforced gypsum board. This combination enhances sound absorption and damping characteristics, improving overall acoustic performance.
• Easy Installation: The system is installed securely to all supports using specified fixing methods, with fixings positioned at 250mm maximum centers. Joint filler is used to stop fixings, and excess adhesive is removed once fully hardened. A tapered edge plasterboard is then fitted, with all edges taped and skimmed as required.
