Description

The FlipFix Plastic Access Panel with Picture Frame, designed for easy installation and ideal for walls requiring regular service access or concealing unsightly holes, eliminating the need for costly repairs.

Constructed from durable 3mm thick high-impact styrene plastic with UV stabilizers, ensuring longevity without fading or corrosion. The textured white surface allows for painting over to match any decor. The flush plastic door features a picture frame detail and a simple pin hinge, allowing for complete removal. The panel can be opened using a coin or flat head screwdriver.

This panel is not Fire Rated, Acoustic rated, air pressure tested, or smoke tested. It lacks seals for draught, smoke, air, acoustic, and intumescent purposes.

For installation, ensure the structural opening in the wall is 5mm larger than the panel size. Glue the panel in place using suitable adhesive or secure it with screws through the upstand of the frame into a prepared timber or steel-lined opening, ensuring a snug fit against the structural opening surround.
